14-17 October in Brussels is the annual meeting of the General Assembly of the European Seed Association (ESA).
ESA promotes close cooperation between national and regional associations, and also represents the seed industry in intergovernmental organizations such as the OECD, UPOV, ISTA, WIPO and others.
Given that the Ukrainian foreign policy is aimed at a broad cooperation with various foreign partners, elaborating and building strategic partnerships between members of the ESA in the framework of organized, proactive cooperation is of current interest.
“For Ukraine essential is positive dynamics in relations not only with the traditional "global players", but with the new world and regional leaders. Diplomatic map of Ukraine is quite broad, and we see prospects in all of these areas, so we should pay more attention to the further consolidation of Ukraine's position in the world markets”, emphasizes Chief Executive V. Khadzhymatov.
