Trading of seeds and planting materials shall be permitted amid the quarantine and other measures to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus over the territory of Ukraine, as it was informed by Seed Association of Ukraine.
It was announced today, March 25, 2020, when the Government introduced amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 211 "On preventing the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus on the territory of Ukraine" dated March 11, 2020, and the decision on the terms of work was updated.
Particularly, it's mentioned that the restrictions will not cover the work of economic agents who carry out selling of food, fuel, hygiene products, drugs and medical supplies, veterinary drugs, feed, pesticides and agrochemicals, seeds and planting materials, means of communication.
Sale of the mentioned above goods should be possible upon condition of providing the corresponding staff with the means of individual protection, while keeping all the necessary sanitary and antiepidemic measures.
