The meeting of the Association Board (hereinafter Association) was held on 10 May, 2012.
The Board of Association all over again confirmed the openness of the Association for membership of companies that have chosen a policy of reliability, transparency and efficiency in the agricultural market of Ukraine.
Thus after considering the results of the meeting, “Agroflex”, LLC; “Service-Agroholding”, LLC; “VENS-Plus”, LLC; firm “NPZ-Lembke” and representative enterprise “Advanta Seed International”, that take all obligations under the Charter, share principles endorsed by Association Members at the time of their accession, joined the Association.
The common feature among all new members is that they are powerful agricultural companies – the leading national companies of comprehencive support of farmers with seed, crop protection products, plant nutrition systems from the leading multinational companies, whose names are a guarantee of quality.
Strengthening and improvement of the efficiency of Ukraine’s agricultural sector, eliminating the manipulation of seed market in Ukraine and preventing crisis situations with food, coordinated domestic and foreign policy are the main objectives of members of the Association.
